Brian Thomas Jones has been photographing architecture and interiors in Southern California since 1999. He also travels throughout North America on assignments for clients in the fields of advertising, marketing, hospitality, luxury travel, architecture and design. While attending Virginia Commonwealth University's Department of Mass Communications Brian joined the photography department of Richmond Newspapers, Inc. where he won several National Press Photographer Association awards for photojournalism.World curiosity relocated Brain to New York City where he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in Film & TV Production and Photography. After 20 years in the entertainment industry Brian made a mid-career quality-of-life change. He took the skills he aquired collaborating with cinematographers, production designers, art directors, set decorators and prop masters - integrated these with his life-long interest in architecture and design - and re-focused his creative energy on his original passion for photography. |
