I love photography because I love to express myself through the visual arts. Well actually I can't draw well enought, and my stick figures are really, really bad. My pursuit of the photographic world began by going into the woods and taking photos of little birds and fuzzy animals, a little different than what I take photos of now. Hmmmm ... well, maybe not. I still take photos of fuzzy stuff.

The perfect image to me is one that draws me in with emotion, personality and technical quality.

My ideal shoot is one where I am creating images that tell a story. It really doesn't matter if the shoot is on location or in studio. I love to create an image that tells a story with emotion, depth and technical clarity. In the end, the images that I create are really about my client's image. I want to help my clients tell their stories through compelling and powerful images.

My ideal client appreciates photographic quality and understands the value of a long term creative partnership. I get the most satisfaction from my work when my clients leave the shoot excited to take the images we have created together and put them to work for their brand and business.
